You can summon after getting some items.

easy way to graduate Summon Level
You need to earn experience to graduate Summon Level. This experience is earned by peculiar way.
It's no relation to how many times you use summon or defeat enemies. You get 1 exp by each 1 drive-gauge counter decrease.
The best way to get experience efficiently is to pickup a drive gauge prize at the moment of gauge counter down.
If you get many prizes, gauge counter will repeatedly up and down. You can get many experience.
The best place is the counterfort in "Land of dragon". You can get prizes when smash the cart.
Carts will be resurge when you move to neighbor place and then comeback.
So please repeat many times "Crash the cart -> scoop Prizes -> go to neighbor -> return to counterfort".
The ability "Summon boost" will be helpful for it.
